Daily Devotional | Can You See God Without Jesus

Acts 4:11, 12 NKJV
“This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.””

Is it possible to believe in God without acknowledging Jesus Christ? The answer is NO! It’s impossible! Believing in God Without JESUS is a self judgement that eternally separates, condemns and punishes any person in question, regardless the age, gender, nationality, religious background and social status. Religious belief is the attribute where the believer calls on the name of a God. The god that does not participate in the trinity (The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost) is considered an idol, and all those that worship them, pagans.
Today, we have seen the emergence of different religious sects, from Islam, to Judaism, emerging Churches, Jehovah witnesses, Mormons, Scientology, Wickers, Buddha, etc. These religions and there followers have one thing in common… their denial of Jesus Christ as the Son of God, the Savior and the promised Messiah (Christ). To them, Jesus is one of the prophets, a good man or another Jewish rabbi that served God during His time.
Q&A: If Jesus is as these people claim Him to be, why do they restrict their followers from conversion into Christianity? Why not leave it to their gods to do the fighting? The answer is simple. Their so-called gods are not living, unable to defend, nor can fight! Personal gain, pride and fear has become the driving force of these people. They came together so that they will not be submissive to the truth, and then carry out the evils of their heart.
Jesus said, “Nevertheless even among the rulers many believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him,  lest they should be put out of the synagogue; for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God”.(John 12:42). They love praises, they are comedians, ignoring the word of God. They would rather gain the world now, and lose their souls forever! Ignorant fools!!
Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me. I have come  as  a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness. And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him— the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. (John 12:43-48 NKJV).
The Christ once misinterpreted is difficult to understand. Thinking of Jesus as a human derails the entire story and picture. The devil knew who Jesus was (Luke ), but as a thief, he has lied to all that are rebellious in their thinking.  Jesus said to him,  “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6 NKJV).
Believing in God without Jesus is like going to your destination without a name. Or, sitting for dinner without food on the table. Because Jesus is the mystery of God revealed to man, the grace of God poured on man, the last hope to save sinners, Satan swore to make it impossible. The truism, simplicity and power of the Bible should not be ignored. As a believer, you must measure your everyday life activities with the written word of God. The reason is simple. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:1, 14 NKJV). Societal ignorance and satan’s deceits, lies and craftiness, many have been lead astray.
Q&A: Is it possible to love God and hate, reject and kill His only Son? Is it possible to know God the Spirit (Father) without following the Way He paved? Is it possible to serve God through contradicting His instructions? Is it possible to create another standard other than that shown by God? The answer is NO! In Jesus Christ, God the Father revealed Himself. In Jesus Christ, God also fulfilled all His Words spoken by the Prophets. In Jesus Christ, God granted Hope, Grace and Mercy. As it is written, “All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God”. In Christ, God re-united with man. Believing in God without Jesus is like smoke without fire. It is chasing the wind. It is foolishness, arrant ignorance, and eternal separation and damnation. It spells HELL FIRE!
“For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10 NKJV) “But what does it say?  “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:8, 9 NKJV). Remember, “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. (John 8:36 NKJV).
Are you in any religion that serves God without recognizing Jesus Christ as God, Lord and Savior? I beg you to think again. Repent and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, and God will forgive you and of all your sins. Do not delay, do it today. May God bless you, and give you strength.
Scripture of the day: Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? ~ John 14:9
